Quando a sociedade vai entender que diversidade, uni\u00e3o e inclus\u00e3o impulsionam a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o? A migra\u00e7\u00e3o e o multiculturalismo s\u00e3o partes essenciais da nossa jornada humana compartilhada, e ainda assim continuam sendo fonte de conflitos, estigma e preconceito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sou imigrante, e muitas vezes reflito sobre isso porque n\u00e3o consigo imaginar um mundo em que eu n\u00e3o pudesse explorar meu pr\u00f3prio planeta, me apaixonar por outra cultura, outro pa\u00eds ou por uma pessoa de outro pa\u00eds e construir uma vida no lugar onde sinto que realmente perten\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por que eu migrei?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As pessoas migram por diversos motivos. O meu foi seguir meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o e buscar uma vida melhor. Na Am\u00e9rica Latina, crescemos imersos no \u201csonho americano\u201d (embora o certo fosse dizer sonho norte-americano, j\u00e1 que eles parecem ter se apropriado do nome do continente inteiro). Esse sonho \u00e9 especialmente forte quando se cresce em meio \u00e0 desigualdade e \u00e0 pobreza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu cresci em uma favela no Brasil. N\u00e3o era pobre, mas vivia cercada de pobreza, falta de infraestrutura e acesso limitado \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao mesmo tempo, convivia com grupos mais privilegiados e testemunhei a desigualdade de perto. Transitei entre esses dois mundos, sempre buscando compreender mais e me dedicando aos estudos e ao autoconhecimento. Eu sabia que aquela realidade n\u00e3o era o meu destino. Queria explorar o mundo, ver o que havia l\u00e1 fora e talvez construir uma vida melhor em outro pa\u00eds mais desenvolvido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E foi isso que fiz. Viajei, participei de programas de interc\u00e2mbio, <a href=\"https:\/\/nayandtheplanet.com\/pt-br\/como-aprender-ingles-rapido\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"2796\">aprendi outros idiomas<\/a> e ampliei minha vis\u00e3o de mundo. Essas experi\u00eancias me transformaram na pessoa de mente aberta, inclusiva, respeitosa e otimista que sou hoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estudando no exterior<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Meu plano final sempre foi estudar no exterior. Como muitos que sonham em migrar, eu pensava primeiro nos Estados Unidos, mas ap\u00f3s pesquisar bastante, percebi que n\u00e3o seria o melhor caminho. O crescente sentimento anti-imigrante, a incerteza ap\u00f3s a formatura e os custos alt\u00edssimos me fizeram mudar de ideia e escolher o Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E logo me apaixonei pelo pa\u00eds. Diferente dos EUA, o governo canadense realmente acolhe imigrantes, especialmente os qualificados e formados, o que se encaixava perfeitamente nos meus planos. O processo estruturado e transparente de imigra\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o foi um grande incentivo. Eu sentia, no fundo da alma, que estava fazendo a escolha certa. E fui em frente. Mas imigrar n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil. H\u00e1 o peso emocional da saudade e as batalhas internas. Toda escolha vem acompanhada de uma perda, ora da mesma propor\u00e7\u00e3o, ora n\u00e3o. E apesar de toda a coragem do mundo para se aventurar em uma jornada fora de casa, cortar os la\u00e7os com suas ra\u00edzes e lidar com a dist\u00e2ncia nunca \u00e9 simples. \u00c0s vezes voc\u00ea sente que n\u00e3o pertence completamente a lugar algum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando se imigra na vida adulta, especialmente, carrega-se uma vida inteira de cultura, mem\u00f3rias e experi\u00eancias, que \u00e9 uma parte que nunca poder\u00e1 ser substitu\u00edda. Essa heran\u00e7a deixa um espa\u00e7o dentro de n\u00f3s que talvez nunca se preencha, mas tamb\u00e9m nos torna complexos e fortes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguir os sonhos de viver no exterior e buscar uma vida melhor tem seu pre\u00e7o. N\u00f3s escolhemos pag\u00e1-lo, mas isso n\u00e3o significa que devamos esquecer de onde viemos. Todo imigrante deve ter orgulho das pr\u00f3prias ra\u00edzes e celebr\u00e1-las. Elas fazem parte da nossa identidade e jamais poder\u00e3o ser apagadas. Conforme evolu\u00edmos, entenderemos que a inclus\u00e3o nos torna mais fortes. At\u00e9 l\u00e1, tudo o que podemos fazer \u00e9 resistir e continuar nos manifestando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O show do intervalo do Super Bowl LX do Bad Bunny foi um exemplo perfeito disso. Ele celebrou a cultura latino-americana e mostrou o que significa abra\u00e7ar suas ra\u00edzes enquanto se conquista sucesso fora do pa\u00eds. Sou f\u00e3 da m\u00fasica e do ativismo dele e me emocionei com a mensagem: est\u00e1 tudo bem migrar, prosperar e continuar honrando quem voc\u00ea \u00e9 e de onde veio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
